A. All faucets shown in our catalogue include the underlying hardware: valves and cartridges, diverter assembly and hose (if so equipped), and stainless steel hoses, to connect to your hot and cold water supply lines.

Q. Can your tub faucets accommodate top mount installation?

A. Top mount tub faucets include rough-in valves that can accommodate up to 1-1/4” thick rough deck installation.

Q. What is the flow rate of [xxxx] tub faucet?

A. Top mount tub faucets share the same underlying valves and diverters which have the following flow rates tested at 40 PSI (when comparing flow rates, check the pressure the numbers were obtained at – at higher pressures the flowrates increase accordingly, and if the cartridges were tested alone the numbers would be inordinately high).

A. Yes, all faucets we carry are designed to fit standard North American plumbing fittings.

Q. Do you carry tub faucets with ¾” fittings?

A. All our tub faucets are ½” fittings.

Q. How should I clean and care for my faucet?

A. Your Pewter or Antique Brass faucet is finished in a special hand applied process. Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners – wash your faucet with a mild soap and water. Follow the same guidelines for Chrome and Polished Brass finishes.
